Dieting Myths Revealed

By George Otero Are you tired of spending tremendous amounts of time and energy on something that doesnt even work? The truth is no miracle pill or gadget will suddenly cut your body fat by huge amounts. Instead, concentrate on adapting a healthy lifestyle and avoiding old wives tales when trying to stay lean. FALSE. Its true that eating nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and skim milk may provide more fill with less calories, but low in fat does not necessarily mean low in calories. Many desserts such as non-fat ice cream and other low in fat desserts contain great quantities of calories. Also, foods that are high in carbohydrates such as bread and pasta can also attribute to weight-gain when eaten in large amounts. 1. Cutting fat from your diet will ensure weight-loss. It is important to consider portion size as well as calorie content when attempting to lose weight. 2. Extra protein will promote muscle growth. FALSE. Although proteins are important in the building and maintaining of muscles, excess amounts of proteins are stored as fat, just as excess carbohydrates or fats are. Basically, any calorie-containing nutrient will be stored as fatty deposits if too much is eaten. In order to build muscles, strength training and sufficient amounts of calories and proteins are the best method. 3. Walking is a great way to lose weight. TRUE. Like any other physical activity, walking burns calories and can help weight loss. The best way is to take a brisk walk (rather than a stroll), and the longer the walk, the more calories you lose. Every mile of walking burns approximately 100 calories. About 5 miles of walking every day will amount to the loss of one pound in a week. 4. Diet drugs are effective for weight-loss. FALSE. Certain diet drugs that have been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for those who are medically significantly obese, which is defined as those who are over 30% over a healthy weight or those who have obesity-related diseases such as high blood pressure or diabetes. These drugs often work by affecting the brain chemicals which control appetite, or block fat from being absorbed by the body. Diet drugs should only be used in conjunction with an attempt to change eating and lifestyle behaviors. 5. You can eat eggs without getting fat. TRUE. Research proves that the major dietary culprit is high saturated-fat intake. Since eggs are low in saturated fat as well as in calories (approximately 75 calories if hard-boiled) they are not as unhealthy as some may think. They also contain many various essential nutrients. The American Heart Association recommend one egg per day. However, the key to a good diet is to eat a variety of healthy foods and to use light oil rather than butter or margarine when cooking eggs. Adopting a healthy lifestyle is an important first step in dieting. Keep in mind the following tips, and youll be on the right track to healthy and effective weight loss. Start first by getting rid of all the junk food in your place, and replace them with more nutritious snacks such as fruits, vegetables and nuts. Then make sure to increase your level of activity each day. For example, you can park your car at the end of the lot and walk an extra hundred meters to the entrance of the mall. Or take the stairs instead of the escalator. Small steps such as these will add up to pounds shed. Quit smoking, gambling, binge drinking, and any other addictive behavior. Then start following a meal plan for the whole week and stick to it. Include some of your favorites in your meals such as pasta and steak, but keep a watchful eye on the portions. And most importantly, drink plenty of water each day. This helps to regulate your metabolism and strengthens your immune system, in addition to satisfying your appetite. When you drink more water, you will feel less hungry. These steps may seem tedious at first, but maintaining routines such as the ones above will be integrated into your daily life in no time. http://www.dietindex.net Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=George_Otero http://EzineArticles.com/?Dieting-Myths-Revealed&id=506565 cash flow business acquisition loan pay day cash lenders international privart loan lenders for personal loans military overseas payday loans

Waterfalls

By Elizabeth Morgan Waterfalls are water systems in which water falls from a height into another water body at the base. They may be natural or artificial. Waterfalls are very aesthetically appealing and regarded as tourist spots. Several huge natural waterfalls are responsible for running the entire economies of the settlements around them by attracting tourists. People also construct artificial waterfalls in their backyards or gardens, or even indoors, to avail of their scenic beauty and soothing sounds. Angel Falls in Venezuela is the highest natural waterfall of the world. It falls from a drop of 3,230 feet. The Canaima Natural Park is built around it and it mainly attracts tourists because of Angel Falls. Victoria Falls on the Zambezi River located on the Zambia-Zimbabwe border is about 1 mile in breadth as it falls, making it the widest waterfall in the world. Niagara Falls in America and Canada contains the highest quantity of any waterfall all over the world. All these waterfalls attract millions of people each year, thus building up tremendous foreign exchange for their countries. In order to partake of some of this beauty, people have begun building waterfalls in their own gardens and backyards. Building artificial waterfalls is an age-old Japanese art, which has now taken many modern twists. Waterfalls are built of rock or stone. There are artificial foam and pumice stones available, which are used for building waterfall cascades. Even copper and slate are used for building waterfalls. Artificial waterfalls need a submersible pump unit and a base for receiving water. The base can be designed as a pond with fishes and aquatic life in it. Waterfalls automatically attract various birds and butterflies, thus adding to their visual appeal. Indoor waterfalls are also becoming popular. These are made of a variety of materials such as copper, slate, stone and fiberglass, and they may be wall-mounted or tabletop. Water can be made to flow through thin transparent glass sheets and used as a partition for offices or bars. There are infinite possibilities to customize a waterfall. Hotels build waterfalls around their pools or construct whole waterfall gardens. Different colored bulbs can be placed strategically in the waterfall to give the effect of colored water. Metal tubes and pipes are also effectively used to produce calming reverberating water sounds. Waterfalls are mainly built for their visual appeal, but some people, especially in Asia, believe in the supernatural powers of a waterfall. Feng Shui and Vaastu experts believe that having a system of flowing water in the house creates dynamism indicative of progress. In fact, in Asia people who can afford to design their living rooms with a waterfall in them. Waterfalls provides detailed information about waterfalls, indoor waterfalls, waterfall gardens, waterfall ponds and more. Waterfalls is the sister site of Preformed Pond Liners. Amphibious Remote Control Toys

By Nikoli Funston The remote control industry has evolved as a whole, but amphibious remote control toys have advanced in leaps and bounds. There is a lot more being offered than the old plastic boats you use to see. There have been several real vehicles that have been designed to run on both land and water. Most of these vehicles have had military functions such as the amphibious tank. There have been some experimental amphibious combination automobiles and boats, but none have enjoyed much commercial success. Where the real vehicles fall short, however, the remote control world has stepped right in to produce amphibious remote control toys. The military style vehicles such as tanks and amphibious personnel carriers have been reproduced in remote control scale models. Military reproductions are a popular classification of remote control vehicles. Since many are amphibious, this has carried over to the remote control reproductions. The combination auto and boat has also emerged as a remote control favorite. The operator can drive it right into a lake or pond and with a push of a button, the wheels retract and it becomes a power boat. What never could be completely mastered in real is possible in the Remote control Hobby. Another variation on this theme is the amphibious airplane. In this case, the seaplane has been in use almost since the beginning of aviation. The remote control models are equipped with skis in the same manner as real seaplanes and take off and land on bodies of water. Although these types of remote control toys are not as common as the land/water amphibious models, they do exist or can be built. They represent an additional challenge to the remote control flyer, but do have an advantage in that water makes a softer landing field. The damage in a crash might be reduced assuming the craft can be successfully recovered. One of the most unique of the amphibious remote control toys is the stunt vehicle. A good example is the remote control Stunt Chariot Amphibious Vehicle. This crazy example of the imagination possible in the remote control hobby is a stunt vehicle capable of doing wheelies, flips, and 360 degree donuts. With a click of a button, the wheels retract, and the Chariot turns into a powerful watercraft. It is designed so that it can deliver four cans of your favorite beverage to a friend on land or in the water. The amphibious remote control toy is yet example of how only the imagination has set limits on what can be done in the area of remote controlled vehicles. As the hobby has grown in recent years, just about any type of vehicle that really operates has been duplicated in a scaled down version for remote controlled play. Some vehicles that never quite made it or are totally impractical in full size have made their way into the hobby too. The Stunt Chariot is certainly one of these. A Look At Architectural Engineering

By Aurel Radulescu Anyone who is skilled in planning, production and operation of building may have the talent to find a successful career in architectural engineering. An architectural engineer is responsible for designing and planning the interior workings and foundation of a home or building. Architectural engineers are responsible for overseeing plans and blueprints for everything from towering city buildings and bridges to small country homes and luxurious mansions. A successful engineer must be versatile and creative while maintaining respect for local building regulations and codes. There are a number of jobs available in the world of architectural engineering, including self employment. A qualified individual may produce a home or building blueprint, which consists of both interior and exterior elevations, foundation and floor plans, roof details, electrical layouts, cross sections and other general instructions. In order to find a career in architectural engineering, an individual must become licensed through an accrediting agency. In addition, an architectural engineer must make themselves familiar with building codes, local laws and regulations and must be skilled in their craft. In order to learn this information, engineering hopefuls must pursue a college degree and learn firsthand how the process works. In addition to designing a home or building, engineering professionals also make adjustments to already developed plans. This may include altering blueprints for a home, business or landmark in order to be customized to the individual or local area needs. Many individuals hire an architectural engineer to oversee the design and construction of their project, but others decide to enlist a professional after construction has already begun. If problems arise in the construction or they simply need a helping hand, many individuals and companies turn to the world of engineering for a professional evaluation and redesign. Concerns surrounding both energy costs and safety have, in recent years, prompted many areas to require an architect and/or engineering seal be placed on a blueprint prior to construction. In addition to the actual design process, many engineering professionals review plans and offer consultation services on independent creations. While many engineers find great success within a design and development firm or working directly with individuals or companies, many find that they are happy working on a freelance or consultant basis. This means that they work directly with the company or individual, own and operate their own business and handle every decision within the company. The freedom of self employment in the world of engineering can be very fulfilling, both financially and emotionally. Much like a doctor, lawyer or accountant who branches out into their own private practice, an engineering professional may also enjoy that same freedom. Ensure Cheap Finance by Opting for Low Cost Secured Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Andrew_Baker]Andrew Baker Availing loan against your property is very easy for any borrower irrespective of his financial background and credibility, but low cost secured loans is what matters most in making or breaking borrowers financially. Though there is vast loan market out there for taking loans, still low cost secured loans become possible only after a thorough search for right lenders having desired terms and conditions. Being secured one, an essential condition for taking low cost secured loans is that the borrower places any of his property as collateral with the lender. Property like Home, valuable papers, vehicle, jewelry etc works well as collateral. After fully secured, taking low cost secured loans becomes easier. In fact collateral is one effective medium for taking loan. If equity in the collateral is higher and also the loan amount asked by the borrower is below the equity, then lenders readily reduce interest rate to offer low cost secured loans. So, if possible offer high equity collateral like home for the loan availing. Borrowers should also look at their credit score. Though collateral has been offered to the lender, still a good credit score is seen by lenders as plus point for reducing interest rate for low cost secured loans. If you have bad credit score, make efforts to improve it by paying off easy debts and also keep your credit report error free. On FICO credit score scale people with score of 720 and above are most likely to get loan at reduced interest rate. Another way for low cost secured loans is choosing right lender. You can source low cost secured loans from local banks or lending companies. First go to your local bank which knows you closely for many years and therefore may consider offering loan at low cost. Lending companies will give you low cost secured loans even if you are labeled as bad credit. You can take low cost secured loan in whatever amount you want. Usually lenders provide 3000 to 75000 but in case of greater loan, equity in collateral will be evaluated by the lender. Higher equity enables in availing greater loan. One can repay low cost secured loans in 5 to 25 years as per repayment capacity. The loan term should be decided on how comfortable you are in paying towards monthly installments. Shorter repayment term results in higher outgo in monthly installments. Applying online is one effective way to low cost secured loans. You get flooded by loan offers in response to online application and that helps in picking loan package of lower interest rate. The cost of availing loan falls as online lenders charge no loan processing or any fee. Low cost secured loans are especially designed for availing finance at lower possible cost so that borrowers can benefit more. The loan should be returned back at due date to remain in good books of lenders and also to escape any debt trap. Andrew Baker has done his masters in finance from CPIT. Is Setting Personal Career Objectives Necessary, and What Are the Advantages?

By Roy Thomsitt Whichever career you may be considering as a student, or that you might already be involved in, it is sure to be competitive. The level of competition will vary greatly at the entry stage; it is all a matter of supply and demand. If your desire is to be an astronaut or a veterinary surgeon, the competition to get those coveted places is enormous. If you have chosen nursing, then entry will be easier. However, whichever career it is, once you have entered that career, there will be competition to progress to a higher level, and it is here that having clear career objectives will be necessary. It is true that some people may have a successful career without ever having set themselves any personal career objectives; at least, any written objectives. However, as with any competition, those who plan their success the best do give themselves an advantage over those who do not. This applies as much to career objectives as it does to as it does to business objectives and other personal objectives. Advantages of Setting Career Objectives There are numerous advantages to setting career objectives, at the various stages in the pre-career and career cycle. Ideally, career objective setting should begin late in school, college or university, at some time prior to applying for any jobs. Thereafter, it is worth reviewing those objectives regularly, even annually as you would normally with business objectives. The following are some of the more obvious advantages of setting career objectives for yourself: 1. The process of objective setting forces you to, among other things, think clearly about your future career, and consider in detail the field in which you wish to work, the position you would aim to hold, the skills you need to acquire, and the work you need to plan. 2. By going through such a detailed thought process, you may identify before it is too late that a particular career is not for you, or you may in fact reinforce your decision to follow a particular career path. Either way, you are more likely to end up in a career that suits you, at least for the time being. 3. Once you have set your career objectives, they give you a structure on which to pin your career development. You can put together a career plan based on these objectives, and then monitor progress and carry out regular reviews of the way your career is developing. 4. Establishing career objectives, and writing them down, shows you are somebody who has clearly thought deeply and into the future about your career, and what you want to achieve. Not only will this help you to keep track of your career progress, it will also impress employers and potential employers. 5. Regular monitoring of your career objectives will help you to discern when you are not making sufficient progress, and help you to pinpoint why that is so. That can enable you to take corrective action to put yourself back on target for your goals, or to reassess the goals and make them more achievable. 6. Having career objectives may also help you decide that a certain career is not for you, if you have set reasonable objectives and then found you could not reach them and felt no further motivation to do so. You may therefore be in a position to switch to another career sooner than someone who was not monitoring their progress against objectives. Other advantages to setting career objectives may no doubt be cited, but those above are some of the most common. Generally speaking, though, taking the trouble to set objectives for your chosen career is likely to benefit you in more ways than one. How To Get Rid Of Your Belly Fat Or Pooch

By Adrian Bryant The best way you can get rid of your pop belly or pooch is not by doing a certain AB exercise or by using the latest AB gadget—its through Proper diet and exercise. Sit-ups, crunches, AB lounges, & other AB gadgets all play a very small part in getting rid of your pop belly or pooch. Doing a 100 sit ups a day may help you build a six-pack but whats the point of you building a six pack if you cant see it while all of your belly fat is covering it up? If you have enough money to sparebuy one of those AB machines or gadgets that you always see on those infomercials. When you get your AB product I bet that they will give you a free guide on how to diet and exercise properly. They do this because they know that doing AB exercises alone is not the key to getting rid of your midsection. They know that the only way to get a ripped midsection is to diet and exercise properly. As far as getting rid of pop belly or poochAB exercises play a very small part. You should devote 90% of your time dieting and exercising properly. So how do you diet and exercise properly? First of all you dont have to starve yourself or deprive yourself of your favorite foods to diet properly. The easiest way you can start dieting properly is to start off eating six 400 calorie meals a day or 2400 calories a day. You gals may want to start off with six 350 calorie meals Stay with six meals for the first week. Then the second week go down to five 400 calorie meals a day and the third week and so on you stay with four 400 calorie meals a day or 1600 calories a day. As you go down in meals your calorie intake will go down as will your pop belly or pooch. Try to eat all of your meals 2-3 hours apartdoing this will keep your metabolism higher during the day Proper exercise means doing something that you like to do that involves you moving around for at least 30 minutes a day. You dont have to do 30 minutes of exercise all at onceYou can walk for 15minutes in the morning and ride a bike for 15min in the afternoon. You should try to work up to 60-90 minutes a day of activity if you can. If time is a problem just workout harder in less time. Instead of walking for 15 minutes in the morning and evening just jog or walk faster. What about doing sit-ups or crunches? You should still do some type of AB exercises but do not make AB exercises the only part of your muscle building routine. You can increase your metabolism (burn more fat) if you do a total body muscle building routine. Include exercises for every body part that means your upper & lower body and your ABS Quick Fix. You can instantly get rid of your pop belly or pooch by working on not the rectus abdominus (what you call the six pack or ABS) but the transverse abdominus (TVA). When you suck in your belly you are actually working your transverse abdominus (TVA) muscle. The reason why people have flat midsections is not because they have a strong rectus abdominus (or ABS) but because they have a strong transverse abdominus (TVA) Over the years a combination of you losing strength in your TVA and a gain of fat around your midsection leads to the pop belly or pooch effect. The best way to work your TVA is to 1. Place one of your fingers on your belly button 2. Without taking in a deep breath. Try to move your belly button inward as far away from your finger as you can 3. hold your belly button in for 5 seconds working your way up to a minute 4. Advanced: as your holding in your belly buttontightly squeeze your ABS Another way to work your TVA is to 1. Suck in your belly (without taking in a deep breath) 2. Tie a rope not too tightly around your midsection. 3. Every time you relax your TVA muscle the rope will tighten up around your waist reminding you to tighten your TVA muscle As you are doing these two TVA exercises do not hold your breath just breath normally. Do not rely solely on these TVA exercises to get rid of your pop belly or pooch area. RememberYou still have to diet and exercise properly to get rid of the fat around your midsection. Heres a quick summarized action plan to get rid of your pop belly or pooch 1. Eat six 350-400 calorie meals a day 2-3 hours apart 2. Walk (or do something) everyday for up to 1 hour a day 3. IF you are going to weight traindo exercises for every body part not just your ABS 4. Train your TVA I guarantee that you will notice your midsection will get flatter week after week if you follow this planIf you see any results just email me at support@weightlossmadeeasy.net and I will gladly offer any help I can. Health and Medicine – How To Make Going To The Hospital Less Stressful and Possibly Entertaining

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Brandi_Clark] Brandi Clark You have not been feeling well for quite some time so you finally decide you will go see the doctor. Perhaps you feel OK energy-wise but know that you have other health concerns. After several tests the doctor determines that you need to go in the hospital. Great you sarcastically think to yourself. Besides having to take off work and get things in order at home before leaving, you may be thinking that you will be bored. This does not have to be the case. Here are a few ideas to remember to keep you entertained when going to the hospital: 1. Take a Book There will be times during your hospital stay that family or friends may not be able to stay with you. Take a book for these lull times. 2. Take Craft Supplies When you know in advance that you will be going in the hospital go to your local craft store and buy some craft supplies. While youre in the hospital, you may want to make different craft items that you can later display in your home or give to friends. Perhaps you enjoy painting or scrapbooking. Take the necessary items to work on these projects and you will find that the day will pass by much faster. 3. Order Out – If you are not on a restricted diet then one night order pizza and have it delivered! You will be surprised at how much fun this is. If you are tired of the hospital food and want a little change then this is the perfect idea. 4. Write Letters If you have thank you letters or birthday cards that need written then write those while you are in the hospital. Maybe you havent talked to a good friend in while then this would be the perfect time to rehash old memories. Sure, some people do not feel well when going to the hospital, but there are times that you may get tired of laying in bed waiting for a nurse or doctor to come visit. If possible, it is important to keep your mind active as well as your body. Going to the hospital is not a convenient trip but it doesnt have to be dreadful. The Most Nutritious and Tasty Diet Foods

By Roy Thomsitt When considering what to include in a weight loss diet, there are two factors that you should always consider early. The first is whether or not your chosen diet will be sufficiently nutritious to keep you healthy. The second is if the diet will be tasty enough to maintain your interest, rather than for you to opt out through boredom. It is possible to address both of these concerns at the same time by considering health food vitamins, and in so doing you may be in for some pleasant surprises. Much will depend in your tastes in food, but with experimentation, you should be able to construct a diet, within the guidelines of your nutritionist and doctor, that is also interesting enough to enable you to not only stick to the diet but enjoy it also. If you are able to end up with a diet that you can really enjoy, then there is a chance that it will become a lifelong habit. It is possible to make permanent changes; I know that from personal experience. Initially, it can be difficult to make drastic changes, but it can be done much easier if you are enjoying the food you are eating. In many cases, drastic changes may not even be needed, but that is something it is best to discuss with your doctor in relation to your own health and weight problem. I have selected five of my best diet foods, health foods rich in vitamins and other nutrients, which will provide you with some of the most important nutrients to sustain you during your diet: Tomatoes I find tomatoes one of the most versatile and useful foods for cooking, and can be used to add interest to all sorts of meals, such as curries, casseroles and soups. Tomatoes go well with lean meats, or mixed with other vegetables, when used for cooking. They are also delicious raw, if you can find good tomatoes rather than the insipidly flavoured tomatoes you may find in the supermarket. Tomatoes also happen to be one of the most valuable health foods, rich in lycopene, plus vitamins A and C. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant, which is why much scientific attention has been paid to tomatoes in recent years. Lycopenes ability to neutralize free radicals that cause cell damage has been the centre of attention, due to the possible potential in cancer prevention. Tomatoes also have one other special asset. That is, that the nutrients are not destroyed during cooking, and even processed tomato products such as tomato sauce or ketchup, and canned tomatoes, retain the nutritional benefits. Tomatoes are therefore my health food super hero. Garlic When it comes to making boring foods tasty, garlic is way up there amongst the best. Along with tomatoes, garlic is an important part of the Mediterranean Diet. Like tomatoes, it can be used with just about any other cooked food, so whatever your diet regime is, you should find you can utilize garlic widely to satisfy your palate. Garlic has some important nutrients too, such as calcium, vitamin C and vitamin B6, phosphorus and selenium, plus antibiotic properties. Basil Basil is a humble and popular herb that can be used liberally to bring its distinctive flavour to other foods. What you may not realize is that basil also packs a punch when it comes to calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A and vitamin C. Also, basil is a good source of iron, potassium and magnesium, and carotenoids such as beta carotene. How about tomato and basil soup, with a touch of garlic? A super combo of health foods that will fit into most diets. Strawberries The mention of strawberries seems like a self indulgence; their flavour to some can seem too good to be true (me included). Well, indulge, because the strawberry is a great health food too, with some nutrients you may not have anticipated. Strawberries contain Vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese, folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids. Strawberries are best fresh and eaten on their own. (Please read carefully. I did not say strawberries should be eaten laced in sugar with a dollop of clotted cream.) Spinach Many may turn their noses up at the mention of spinach; I know I did as a child. However, once you discover its true flavour, spinach does make an excellent food as a side vegetable, in a soup or in a curry. All the old stories about the goodness of spinach were true, as it contains Vitamin C, iron, beta carotene and calcium., plus vitamins E and K, fibre, lutein and zeaxanthin (carotenoids). Those are just a few ideas for healthy foods, rich in nutrients, that can add flavour and interest to your diet, as you set out to make a permanent lifestyle change to lose weight. Diet – The Common Sense Approach

By Cathy Caughie The main goal of your diet is to eat fewer calories than you need to maintain or reduce your current body weight. For most people who want to lose weight permanently, and in a controlled way, you should follow the diet or eating plan that is nutritionally sound, tasty and not based on a single or limited range of foods. It should also meet all of the needs of your body and contribute to a healthy lifestyle. If the plan you look at is not or does not meet your individual needs, it should not be considered as the suitable plan for you. A realistic diet will not restrict certain foods, ingredients (especially our favorite ones) like sugar, fat and alcohol across the board, as this will only make you feel deprived. For many people, an eating plan that doesnt allow the occasional treat is a short-lived one. So balance is a key ingredient to any diet plan you intend to participate in or initiate. Additionally, if you severely restrict your calories through this deprivation while dieting, then once you stop the diet or eating plan and begin to eat these foods again (which is inevitable), you will likely gain the weight back. This is because your metabolism slowed during the diet and you wont be able to efficiently burn the amount of calories youre now consuming. Because many people find they can stick to a long-term diet if theyre allowed the odd sugary treats, many successful weight loss programmes, such as Weight Watchers, allow sweets. If you have a sweet tooth or drink alcohol regularly, the most effective way to reduce your intake is to phase out these items gradually. This might mean cutting down on visible sugar, such as the pure kind you put in tea or coffee. For alcohol, it might mean alternating alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic ones. A diet plan should be used in conjunction with a good and regular exercise or program. This program should be planned around your diet and sensible to meet the requirements of your body. For instance if you organize your own program, you could over-do the program in the early stages and cause yourself an injury which could jeopardize your entire diet and exercise program. Remember, be realistic in your goals and targets. For instance, dont believe or think that there is an easy way to reach your goal. It will be hard work so set small targets along the way to your main goal. So, to get the best advise, you should go to a professional coach and get a personalized exercise program that compliments not only you and your body but your diet as well. This advice is best sought from your local gym or health club and nutritionalist.
